RCR, based in Tuscany, is a world leader in the production of tableware, giftware and home décor items in crystal.

In a sector dominated by centuries of tradition and history, RCR, in nearly 4o years, has been able to carve out a highly prominent position for itself on both the national and international arena – so much so that it can today be considered one of the major manufacturers of crystal tableware, giftware and home décor pieces. Our factory in Colle di Val d’Elsa is responsible for 15 percent of the world’s crystal production and 90 percent of Italian output.

Behind every beautiful piece or image we create, there is the hand of a designer. Each project is endorsed either by a designer from our own Design & Corporate Identity Centre or by another renowned designers and each and every object reveals that designer’s enthusiasm and passion. This is how RCR’s crystal collections has managed to secure a place of honour in the world’s most prestigious shops: from Tokyo & Milan to Tiffany in New York; in department stores like El Corte Ingles in Spain and Mitsukoshi in Japan.

Today, the RCR group deals directly the whole process from design and production of moulds to sales and distribution both in Italy and abroad

ELSATEC, based in Colle di Val d’Elsa is an important part of the group, responsible for the design and production of moulds for glassworks and crystal factories. ELSATEC’s automated plants, managed with highly sophisticated software, offers services to companies even outside the group.

EGIZIA, has its own factory in Poggibonsi (Siena). The company’s core business is high quality decoration of glass and crystal, specialized in the use of silver. However, EGIZIA is famous above all for its design research, which has attracted internationally famous names such as Sottass, Paola Navone and others.

SISTILEITALY manages directly and indirectly our retail outlets both in Italy and abroad, especially in England, but also in Portugal and Russia. It deals with the sales of household products and gifts inspired by the Italian lifestyle. Not only RCR products, but also other world famous Italian Brands.
